Pokemon TCG Game Illustration contest.
I redesigned two Pokémon cards for the 2023 Pokémon Trading Card Game Illustration Contest. The theme was "Pokémon in Their Natural Environment," and I focused on capturing the essence of each Pokémon in their unique habitats.
For one of my selections, a Bug-type Pokémon resembling a praying mantis, I created a dynamic forest battle scene between two Bug-types. For the other, inspired by a bird-like Cromorant, I depicted it catching its prey underwater. I used Procreate for sketching and finishing my concepts, and Photoshop for blur effects, saturated colors, and integrating my designs into Pokémon cards.
Sticker & NFTs
These are character designs for NFTs and stickers, drawing inspiration from old Japanese biker gangs and ghosts, I crafted a series of unique and captivating characters. These designs blend cultural elements with a touch of the supernatural, resulting in intriguing and dynamic visuals.
I started with a few initial designs for an NFT, aiming for a humorous and ridiculous vibe that catches people's attention, inspired by old Japanese biker gangs and early '90s high school dramas, depicting ghosts as gang members who haunt humans by bullying them, using Procreate for sketches and initial concepts, and Illustrator for detailed design, coloring, and vector work.
Celebrity Portrait
This is a vector illustration I created using Adobe Illustrator. The artwork features comedian Dave Chappelle, portrayed in his iconic role as Charlie Murphy from the popular "Chappelle's Show." I utilized clean vector lines and vibrant colors to capture the essence and humor of the character. This piece showcases my skills in digital illustration and my ability to bring well-known personalities to life through vector art.
Once in Illustrator, I utilized layers and opacity adjustments to seamlessly combine patterns and colors, bringing the illustration to life. Finally, I used Photoshop to expand my creation onto a mockup, showcasing what it would look like on a wall.
I collaborated with a small team to develop a website and brand for a client seeking to connect donors with nonprofits to support immigrants arriving in the U.S. This project involved creating a cohesive and user-friendly platform to facilitate donations and enhance the effectiveness of charitable efforts.
During our initial review, we identified an issue with our splash page: the image did not effectively convey the client's theme and goals. To address this, I created a digital illustration with proreate depicting hands with fingers touching and people crossing the fingers like a bridge.
This new design successfully captured the essence of connection and support central to the client's mission and brand.

Movie Poster
Created and redesign a movie poster for the Japanese live-action adaptation of the manga Terraformars, a sci-fi horror-themed film.
To enhance the sci-fi and horror elements of the poster, I opted for a minimalist design instead of featuring the movie's characters and concepts. This approach aims to evoke curiosity in potential viewers. Drawing inspiration from the Saw franchise's impactful posters, I incorporated similar concepts to convey the eerie and suspenseful atmosphere of the film.

I host Paint and Sip events, but some of my venues weren't attracting customers. To boost attendance, I was tasked with creating both digital and printed posters to promote these events and attract more customers.
I created both digital and printed posters using Photoshop to promote these events. I designed paintings using acrylics that are visually appealing yet simple enough for beginners to follow. Additionally, I redesigned several venue logos for the flyers, incorporating colors that reflect different seasons and holidays to match the event themes. The flyers resulted in an impressive 80% increase in sales.

For the rebranding of a popular yogurt brand, I targeted children and teenagers aged 6 to 16. To captivate this audience, I designed engaging character concepts and ultimately developed a vibrant yogurt droplet mascot. This playful and energetic mascot embodies the fun and freshness of the brand, making it appealing and relatable to kids and teens. Through colorful visuals and dynamic designs, the rebrand aims to create a memorable and enjoyable experience, encouraging a younger demographic to connect with the brand in a meaningful way.
